House Rules

A few things that keep the house happy:

  • Check-out time is 10 AM.
  • Quiet hours on the water are 10 PM to 8 AM; sound carries across the lake.
  • No smoking anywhere on the property.
  • The house is on a septic system, so nothing but toilet paper down the drains.
  • Please rinse sand off at the outdoor spigot before heading inside.
  • Before you leave: dishes in the dishwasher, trash in the bear-proof bin by the garage.
