Notice something small?
A burnt-out bulb, a missing coffee cup, a wobbly chair. Leave your host a note so it gets fixed for the next stay. It will not interrupt yours, and no reply is expected.
Big problem, or anything urgent?
A leak, no heat or hot water, no power, a safety worry: skip this form. Call or message your host directly, the same way you booked. They will want to hear from you right away.
