Start from your listing.
Paste your Airbnb listing link and FreshLinen drafts the book from it: the arrival notes, the house rules, how things work, the neighborhood. Every drafted section waits for your review before a guest can see it, and it never invents your wifi password or door code. No listing yet? Start from a lake house, ski cabin, or city condo template instead.

Add what only you know.
The wifi, the parking spot, the trick to the fireplace, the three restaurants you actually send people to. Pin your places on a map, attach the appliance manuals as PDFs, add photos and a video, and pick one of twenty-four designs.

Publish and share.
Your book goes live at one private link. Paste it into your check-in message, send it by text or WhatsApp from your own phone, or print the QR codes for the property. Guests open it in the browser, in the languages you chose, with nothing to install.
The whole book works offline
The first time a guest opens your book, it saves to their phone. Wifi, arrival steps, the house guide, and where to eat all load even when cell service drops at the property.
Answers before the question
Guests search in their own words, typos and all, and land on the right page. You see what they looked for. You never get the text.
Dinner roulette
Your restaurant list comes with a shuffle for indecisive groups. One tap and dinner is settled.

Automatic translation
Pick from twelve languages and the book translates itself when you save. Guests switch with one tap. Wifi names, passwords, and door details stay exactly as you typed them.
PDF attachments
Appliance manuals, building rules, the takeout menu. Up to four files on any section, opened straight from the guest's phone.
Custom sections and sub-cards
Add a section for anything, with its own icon, and nest cards under it: one House guide, with a card each for the thermostat, the grill, and the hot tub.
Guest notes
A small form at the end of the book for the things not worth a call: a burnt-out bulb, a slow drain. It emails you and shows up on your dashboard.
Share kit
Send the link by text, WhatsApp, or email from your own phone, with a ready-made message. Nothing ever goes out from FreshLinen.
Photo galleries and video
Up to five photos on any section, plus YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom embeds for the how-tos that are easier to show than to write.
Shared library
Host more than one place? Keep the sections they have in common in a library, edit once, and every book updates.
Seasonal sections
Set the months a section applies to. The ice-fishing notes show in January and the dock rules in July, without you touching anything.
