About FreshLinen

FreshLinen is a digital welcome book for short-term vacation rentals. A guest scans a QR code or taps a link and gets your check-in steps, the wifi, the house guide, and where to eat, with no app to download. Hosts build the book free and publish it for $49.99 a year, one price for every property on the account.

The reason it exists is narrow on purpose. Most guidebook tools need the guest to be worth something: a free tier carries ads, a paid tier ships an upsell store, a marketplace takes a cut of the tour a guest books. We did not want to build that. FreshLinen makes money one way, from the host who publishes a book, so there is never a reason to put anything in front of a guest. That is the whole idea, and the flat price is what keeps it honest.

It stays small on purpose too. There is no venture money steering it toward the guest's wallet, no sales team, no roadmap of ways to charge more per stay. Growing means more hosts, not more selling per guest, and the incentive is meant to point one way and stay pointed there.
