Include the email on your FreshLinen account and, if it is about one book, that book's link. That is enough for us to find it. Billing questions, feature requests, and “is this a bug” notes are all welcome.

Guests

FreshLinen cannot see bookings, door codes, or who is staying where. For anything about your stay, contact your host directly. Their details are in the book they sent you, and the message thread you booked through always reaches them.

Found a vulnerability? Email the same address with “security” in the subject and we will get back to you. The same details are published at security.txt.
