FreshLinen is the welcome book without the device. Guests open it on their own phones from a QR code or a link, so there is nothing in the unit to maintain, and it is $49.99 a year for your whole account rather than per property. At three properties that is about $49.99 against roughly $1,350.

A tablet on the counter is a real amenity. It is always there, it does not depend on a guest scanning anything, and YourWelcome handles replacing it when it breaks. If a device in the unit is what you want, that is the thing FreshLinen does not do, on purpose. FreshLinen keeps the book on the phone in the guest's hand, and keeps the price where a book should be.
